We are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Sales Administrator. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working within a team the successful applicant would be required to understand the customer’s requirements; to respond to queries, and, to be able to accurately input customer orders or enquiries. The main responsibilities include but would not be limited to:
- Answering inbound calls;
- Responding to stock and fabrication enquiries
- Accurate and timely sales order and quotation entry onto the Customer Relationship Management System; and
- Proactively contact existing customers to generate sales.
To be considered for this role you will have at least two years within a Sales Administration role and ideally one of these would be within the sign and display industry. You will take pride in the relationships you develop with your customer base as well as having excellent oral and written communication skills; attention to detail; able to prioritise own workload and work well within a team.
Working hours are 37.5 and salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
