For customers needing a specific size, colour or even make, there are a wide range of options we can offer you.  Some of our materials have ranges that can be ordered from, provided a minimum order quantity is reached. Other products can be made to more specialized specifications, such as colour to match brand, provided a sufficient bulk quantity is required.

Acrylic

Acrylic has an extensive product list, there are a number of makes that we don’t currently offer as part of our standard stock. Click on the link below, for a full comprehensive list of non-standard ranges available:

FoamaLite (Foam PVC)

FoamaLite has the option of being made to size, with or without PE film. For ‘Ral’ or ‘Pantone’ referenced colours, a 10 ton minimum order is required – the reference needs to be checked before any order can be placed.

Polycarbonate & PETG

Polycarbonate and PETG can be specially ordered in specific lengths.

Aluminium Composite

Aluminium composite sheet can be made to order by ‘Ral’ colour. Skin thickness needs to be decided upon and whether a matt or gloss finish is required. Not all combinations maybe possible though.

HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene)

Bespoke specs for HIPS are determined by colour, size & thickness

Although there are some limitations depending on material type, the end result is that if demand is high enough, a bespoke flat sheet order can be achieved. To enjoy the best and most cost effective specialised sheet order, bulk quantity is advised.
