  • where you apply for employment with us.       You should note that if your application for employment is unsuccessful we may retain your application letter, CV and any other supporting documentation that you provide as part of the application process for up to six months, all information will then be destroyed/deleted. If you do not consent to your information being retained for six months you must advise us in writing and we will ensure that it is destroyed or deleted immediately after a decision on your suitability for employment is made.
  • where PPB Ltd or its subsidiaries is/are the subject of a merger or acquisition (M&A) bid in whole or in part, whether an asset or share sale and whether or not the M&A bid completes. If the M&A bid completes the Personal Data will be owned by the merging or acquiring party;
